✨ "She listens to drum... she moves what was once held still. She opens her voice... she softens and rises in all of her majesty. Rising the Sacred Woman: not to learn but to remember..." ✨ 🌺 Be ready to embark on a journey of Beauty discovering, that dives into the deepest authentic self...rooted into ancient times where Mother Nature was considered sacred... when there was a greater awareness of intimately belonging to Her. 🌺 Drawing on my years of experience in Oriental dance, Yoga philosophy and singing I create this course to share with you my entire personal path of embodiment of such sacred disciplines into my daily life! 🌺 COURSE CONTENT The course will be tailored around our seven main energy centers (known as "chakra" in Yoga discipline) with the purpose to unveil locked emotions stored in the body by exploring them through sounds and mindful movements. ✨ THE SOUND - We will go into a journey of voice activation, where the vocals will be the seeds of a healing melody built through breath expansion techniques and eventually accompanied by one of the oldest instrument in the history: the drum. ✨ THE MOVEMENT - We will dance together on the rhythm of the Earth and the Hearts, stepping into the basic moves from "raqs sharqi" dance style (well known as "bellydance") and experiencing the freedom of feeling sensual and feminine with no effort... because this is already within us... 🌺 WHAT'S INCLUDED • 7 online classes, 1,5 hour each every two weeks, starting from January • 1 FREE online PRIVATE session where I will ask each one of you to prepare your own artistic project (based on what learned in the previous classes) as a way to motivate and continue this journey in your daily life. (to schedule anytime you feel ready) • A file with the explanation of the main dance movements (bellydance inspired) and the main customized drum strokes to combine to your spontaneous vocals.
